Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for items that are:
Damaged on arrival
Defective
Experiencing a technical fault that cannot be resolved remotely
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or minor cosmetic dissatisfaction.
Warranty Coverage
Every saber is tested prior to shipping.
All sabers are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing or technical faults.
Reporting Damage or Faults
If your saber arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@therepublicrelics.com.
Please include photos or videos of the issue to speed up resolution.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If your claim is approved, Republic Relics will advise on the return procedure.
